• Each user may maintain only one account

• Any attempt to artificially influence results may result in suspension or removal

6. User-Generated Content

By submitting content, you grant WatchVote a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display such content.

You represent that you have the necessary rights to grant this license.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for unlawful purposes
• Post defamatory, abusive, or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems

• Circumvent security or data protections

You acknowledge and agree that:

• WatchVote may analyze user activity and interactions
• WatchVote may generate and commercialize aggregated insights
• Such insights do not identify individual users

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available.”

We make no warranties regarding:

• Accuracy of user-generated content
• Reliability of voting outcomes
• Market, financial, or investment implications

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WatchVote shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or goodwill
• Decisions made based on Platform content

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WatchVote from any claims arising out of:

• Your use of the Platform
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your content

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
